Would anyone have another copy of the first star trek I tried to burn the
one that is going around and the sound is off or gets off toward the middle
of the movie not like that on my puter but does have a little spot so I know
where it is messing up just cant fix it anyway if yall have one thanks if

Hi, I need some help....What is the best speed to burn a DVD.... I have
burned some movies on DVD and lately,they freeze on me like all thought the
movies or it will go back to the main start up screen..I have used different
programs like Nero,Ashampoo and etc....And it still does the same thing..Any
help would be thankfull....Thanks Sharon
P.S. I just wondering if its not my DVD player that could be doing that also
..but its new and my sister tried the movies out on her DVD player

it could also be your dvd burner causing the problems.. if your dvd player
is new and it is doing the same thing in all of your burning programs try
replacing your dvd burner.. it will cause all kinds of odd problems like
skipping and not playing right.. it could also just be dirty so you may want
to try and clean it out using a dvd cleaner disc.. I hope this helps...

i use converttodvdx to comvert the shows to dvd format
but i do not let it burn my dvd ..

then i load up dvd srink with nero 7 or about install
and i let it brun my dvd,, with everything turn off on a clean wash out
restart...

Some people have a DVD player that will play an avi. but i do not... if I
want to watch them on DVD I have to convert to dvd format.. that's where the
converttodvdx comes in.. and the shrink it makes sure they are the right
size for me...I use a box that i got online that i can just move my avi to a
external hard drive and then take it to my tv and plug it up to the player
and play them that way.I like it best cause if a movie is crap i can just
delete.But i try to make a dated back up of the ones i like.. but i got to
say i am not always doing that cause i am slow as a turtle at doing things
now a days.
Evey thing I have learn came about by many a people getting headaches from
helping me but once i learn how to do it i seen to remember.
so if I was you i find out what your dvd player will do and what it will
not and start from there.
we all do thing's diff it seems and no one way is better then the
others.. its just best for them and there set up.
but i can not help in burning a AVI to DVD with out converting that will
play on a player.. that one thing I have not done.
