Действительно

Painful ingrown hair was bothering me so I decided to just check the internet for information. I was surprised at the wealth of information and resources available. It seems most times you can deal with it at home by taking simple precautions when shaving or waxing. If you do get them simply using a warm compress and exfoliating the skin can help. If the number is only few you can just tweeze them out with a pointed end type pair of tweezers. You can slowly lift out the ingrown hair making sure you don't grip surrounding skin which could make it painful. A magnifying mirror can help. Going over the area with rubbing alcohol is always a good precaution to minimize the risk of infection. Of course, you can also do your best not to get them in the first place by using a sharp razor when shaving or when waxing, pulling the hair out straight without breaking. I'll remember the topical solution idea if I get a really serious outbreak of ingrown hair and keep it bookmarked.
