You need to download VLC player just go to VLCplayer.com download the free one then it shoud work

I have not got this one but I would try downloading & using VLC player or Gom player. they both have codecs media player don't & will play most files media player will not play.. other than that try getting new codecs for media player.. hope this helps... Crazyhorse.
