Michael Landon Jr., Loves Comes Softly is inspired story-telling
for the whole family. Marty and Aaron Claridge (Katherine Heigl
and Oliver Macready) travel west in search of new opportunity.
But when tragedy strikes and Marty is suddenly widowed, the young
woman must face the rugged terrain, bleak weather, and life among
strangers-alone. That is until a handsome widower named Clark Davis
( Dale Midkiff) suggests a platonic "marriage of convenience" until
Marty can return home. As the months pass, through, Marty and Clark
discover an unexpected new love where there was once only loss.

OK, I guess we can all say without any doubts that a lot has been said
about Bigfoot,s. Also, I can only imaging that the surface has hardly been
scratched on what is gonna be said about this unseen, ever so elusive
critter. I guess I should not be saying things like UNSEEN, cause idiot
hairy dude from up the hill, who I shall now called bigfoot dude.. Well in
the first week of all this nonsense, he don't become friendly with Bigfoot
the critter, and by gumby Bigfoot has manners thatd make any mother proud.
Bigfoot knows how to knock on your door, to let you know he,s back in your
area and wants to play. He knows how to play catch, he knows how to play
hide and go seek too, and he knows how to just sit chew on a twig and just
talk. He knows how to take a rock and knock a squirrel out of a tree to feed
it to you. But he don't much like a fire tho. I don't guess I would either
if I had that fur coat on all the time. Now at the last meeting of the
Bigfoot people of Texas, they had don't decided that Bigfoot's Enjoy a good
orgy also, and they are so polite that they will gladly stand in line and
wait their turn, Supposedly that's on video tape than someone got.. Now I,m
really glad I did,nt want to be that lonely gals man toy. Sheeesh, not after
she met this guy and he shares his toys with Bigfoot. Nope not even an image
I can fit into my head.... But all of this he say,s he does with Bigfoot.
Yup, and ya,ll thought Bigfoot was just another dumb critter. At one time
Charles had a gob of sweet gum trees growing all around his house, One day
he comes out and he slips on a damn sweet gum ball and almost broke his fool
neck. Now that was a gift from Bigfoot, But when he went out one morning
after a storm, his table umbrella was a good 50' away from where it was
before the storm started, well, that was, Charles don't done something that
Bigfoot did,nt like and that was his telling Charles that. Shoot, it,d make
more sense to me that Bigfoot wanted that umbrella to keep the rain and sun
off him.......But that's just me. Now when Bigfoot gets mad at Charles, he
just throws his umbrella around a little, BUT, when this sucker gets mad at
me, he gone on a rampage thru my place, ripping limbs off trees, knocking
trees down, tearing up my trash cans and scattering my neatly placed trash
everywhere ripping the tarps off by garages getting into my critter feed
bags and making a mess of it. All this and more is that I,ve somehow or
other done something to piss off Bigfoot. Now you wanna start a mini war,
just say your gonna shoot this thing whenever you get the chance, only one
rooting in your corner is Burt, everyone else either calls or comes pounding
on your door, looking to serve your head on a platter. I know, I said I was
gonna put so many holes in this thing he,d be more of a sive than a beast.
But alas, it turned out to be a pack of wild dogs, that are now good dogs,
so I guess I,m safe from the Bigfoot people, at least for a while longer.
Now days my Bigfoot news comes slow. Bigfoot doot who makes friends with the
big beast and the ding-bat up the hill have gone their separate way and both
have moved off, she back to her native Oregon, I can not even think of the
things going on up there with their huge population of these critters, cause
I only have 200 familys living here, that info came from a Bigfoot dowser
fella, who took my aerial map of this place and dowsed it and told us that.
WONDERS NEVER CEACE TO AMAZE ME. I just find it amusing at what what people
try to pawn off on me as truth, I must really Look as stupid as a walnut.
And he used one of my old metal coat hangers to do it with. Don't get me
wrong, I am a firm believer in witching, my grandaddy could find anything
with a willow branch, but he always came up with the proof, when my mother
finally conned him into moving to town, when I had to dig a hole, he always
checked to see if anything was buried there first, and sure nuff, I never
hit a buried wire or pipe, if he found one, it was really and truly
there.....BUT this joker, I mean really, come on, in almost 100 years of my
family living here, with 200 family's of these things, you,d think one of us
would have bumped into one at least once. Well, maybe one of us did at one
time, that could be very well how all this got started in the the first
place with us and strange noises. So maybe it isnt such a far fetched notion
after all.

Unfortunately, with Charles and I going to the creek all the time now, we
don't hibernate in Diana anymore, so I guess the Bigfoot festival is a no
deal. What with all the fun gone, except when they decide to come down here
and spend a day roaming the woods once or twice a year now. All I can say
is it was fun while it was going on. Some of our best laughs at others
expense was to be had. So now we,re going elsewhere to cause problems.

Addendum: I put this here, so ya,ll who forward this on can delete, but it
given to me as the honest to gosh truth. All you women, if you find yourself
in a Bigfoot locale, do not, I repeat DO NOT be there when you have your
monthly visitor. Cause ole Bigfoot can smell don't cha know, and will track
you down and have his way with you. Cause the males of the species if after
all a male, and sometimes that's what us males live for, or so I,ve heard
tell. Now My mom and my Aunt Ula (Charles mom ) both say they,ve lived here,
had that visitor for all them years, had kids, and still worked in the
fields and such, and never ever so much as layed one eye on Bigfoot. Now
these ladies I believe and trust!

Now I,m quite sure that I have left out a whole gob of stuff about Bigfoot
and his habits and sure cause there is just a ton of fodder about this
critter, more than I can remember at one time. But the next time that
bigfoot dude comes to visit, I,m be sure and let everyone know all the
latest..

All in All, a not bad waste of a couple of hours.

Sand Serpents. No one died in this Syfy Original Movie until the 6 minute
mark. Impressive.

A small combat unit overseas that ends up dealing with giant underground
worms or snakes.

You're probably thinking what I'm thinking. Dune meets Tremors. Sure,
because it's basically just that.
