my first thing would be a full reboot of the computer. not just a restart.
actually sut the computer down and let it sit for for several minates then
back on. next i would try using the keyboard short cuts for copy and past.
copy is CTRL C Paste is CRTL V cut is CTRL X. i highlight and drag is
the same as a cut and paste. depending on what you are trying to copy and
past soem things are protected. espically in web pages, PDF files, and
Excel spread sheets and some files

Just copy the file and put it in another location out of the file it was
in and rename it, that should take care of it, the whole movie should be
there.

PandoDownload Files can stall or fail to display the entire process resulting in stopping at various percentages, example: 99%.
Often times the process has been completed but failed to display it. Though this can be fixed by receiving a fresh download, it's always better to solve our own computer issues. This issue can usually be fixed by doing one of the three steps below:

>1. Pause the file, close all unnecessary programs and software, reboot your computer, then resume the Pando Download. If the problem persists, try #2.

>2. Pause the file, navigate to wherever you have designated as your
>Pando Package folder, such as the default folder created by Pando called: "My Pando Packages".

>A. Locate the stalled file (it will end in .downloading)
>
>B. Check the size of the stalled file, do a mouseover, or right click and select Properties, or whatever method you use to reveal the file size. Make sure the stalled file size is the same as the file being downloaded. Example, check if they are both 700MB, etc.

Thank you, but I'm looking specifically for the 1987 version, it is more
true to the book and my sister has made it clear that there is only 1
version for her. Thank you though =) If you had the 2001 Hallmark Back to
the Secret Garden I might be interested just so she could watch it after the
first one.

Thanks again for at least showing interest in helping. I may end up having
to buy a VHS copy and see if I can get a usable conversion.

Well, I thought it was going to let me use keyboard shortcuts but turns out,
it lets me do it only within my email and not on web sites, including sites
where I've done it before. I don't understand. I've shut the computer down
for 15 min, uninstalled and reinstalled the mouse and updated the drivers.
This is weird and frustrating!

Any other ideas?

clean out your pando cache and delete the dexter you have and then try again. I have no idea why it won't go! I will try renameing it again and see what happens with that.........
