If you use that site, use either anything under safe tab, if do
bare-bones you well lose Internet connection.

I use it personally, long time ago. At one point his site went down for
very long time. He got it running back up again while back. Yes, I knew
about this site for years already and use it from time to time. When
redo computer to give it fresh start.

Their are some services are disable, for wireless in tweaked. Depending
what you using to find your wireless connection. I remember I use
tweaked before on my laptop wasn't able connection because their was
service disable. I believe was discovery mapper don't remember. If you
use tweak have really look at what you doing. What you could do stop the
service and if lose Internet connection you know not to disable that one
or can't connect back on. Don't disable it leave the way it set up at.

msconfig is a start up feature if you type that in the run and a window
pop up and then you click on startup those are all the things that are
checked that are starting up when windows starts up so you really dont want too
many progs to start up with windows that slows your start up

if goto blackviper.com he gives you list services that safe to disable.
If you happen to use host file have tons of websites listed in it. It
slow you down alot, would have to disable dns client. If goto task
manager take look to see if cpu running high on program, if on a service
their ID number if look up that ID number it tell you what service it
is. If it service check to see if safe to stop it. Upgrading ram should
do it, but you already. Their other things you can do, clean up junk
files, and then scan disk to check for errors, then run defrag. If
nothing helps, your computer could be infected and being pick up by
spybot if spyware or virus not found if running and anti-virus. One way
to tell is look at task manager and check to see what is running, if see
something weird or you don't know what it is. Then I would look it up to
see what is it.

On Microsoft Windows operating systems, a Windows service is a
long-running executable that performs specific functions and which is
designed not to require user intervention. Windows services can be
configured to start when the operating system is booted and run in the background as long as Windows is running, or they can be
started manually when required. They are similar in concept to a Unix daemon. Many appear in the
processes list in the Windows Task Manager, most often with a username of SYSTEM, LOCAL SERVICE or NETWORK SERVICE, though not all
processes with the SYSTEM username are services. The remaining
services run through svchost.exe as DLLs loaded into memory.

Disable startup items does not necessarily preclude the execution of "services", however if the machine does boot faster because many unnecessary autorun programs install at startup. are separate things, in fact I do not recommend that you enable or disable services if you do not know specifically for that are because you put at risk the integrity of your system

Reason for task manager you can see what is slowing you down. Not
everyone knows how to use it to see. It does list services but, not the
way you see in services.msc .. task manager can't disable anything but
you can see if their virus running or services causing run computer
slow. If want can personal send me screen shoot of task manager shows
what running.. I can tell you if your infected or what. If never run a
defrag before like said one emails I sent. Its best to run one because
over time your computer well run slow.. even when not infected.

Bill Dancer and his young companion Curly Sue are the classic homeless folks with hearts of gold. Their scams are aimed not at turning a profit, but at getting enough to eat. When they scam the rich and beautiful Grey Ellison into believing she backed her Mercedes into Bill, they're only hoping for a free meal. But Grey is touched, and over the objections of her snotty fiance, insist on putting the two up for the night. As they get to know each other, Bill becomes convinced that this is where Curly Sue belongs - in a home, cared for by someone that can give her the advantages that his homeless, nomadic existence lacks. He plans to leave the young girl in the care of Grey and take off.... but Curly Sue has other ideas!
