Probably because when you went pro you also upgraded the software. This has
been challenged over and over. The only bennies you receive is bigger upload
file size

My speeds got better with Pando Pro also. I have always believed that part
of the problem is where you are located. The Pando offices are in New York,
N.Y. and that's where their server is. I have had people do speed test's
from their location and the farther away they are from the server the worst
theirs speeds are. A good way to check this is to go here: http://www
speedtest.net/ When it opens it will choose the location nearest you. Now
find New York, N.Y. on the upper right by highlighing the stars and select
it. This will tell you what your speed test is from your server to the Pando
Servers. Now I'm not saying this is all the reason for slow speed with Pando
but the one's I have checked and were having slow speeds are the farthest
away from the New York servers. Mine is attached.

I would go with the hp with the touch pad that is what we are getting next
month, we have a dell we just bought last year and one of their tech's
cracked our battery, and dell refused to replace it, don't do dell they suck
once your warranty expires, so now we are going with HP
