Sad. He was stricken with an immune disorder early in life, stunting his growth, and it followed him throughout his life. Diabetes and other ailments were directly related to it. He suffered a seizure a few months (?) back and it is assumed that the fall and resulting injuries could have been the result of another seizure.
He was pretty funny back then, and the show and his by-line were very popular. The show's other kid characters also had a hell of a time, but it was mostly self inflicted. I saw once where he had to take a job as a security guard because his "what you talkin bout Willis" character pretty much prevented him from doing anything else. Some dick made a video while messing with him while at that job. It pissed me off dearly because man, this guy was trying hard to do what he could and some nitwit decides to make a freaking joke out of it. I guess that is the price of childhood fame. I sure wouldn't want any of it.
RIP GC...
