I don't upload as much as I want to but I'm getting there. Being without
Pando for 6 months caused me to no longer use any of my media software so,
at the moment, I'm in the remembering how to do this phase. I get better and
faster as I go.
The reason I'm thinking of going pro is so I don't have to keep splitting my
shares into 2 files when sharing. It's a pain to do that.
I'll go ahead and listen to what you all have said and go for pro.

It must be your location if your on DSL or Cable if your far from the hub ..
I have DL speeds that have been as hi as 495 and yse some at 8 or 25 my
up speeds are around 125 some times 75 but over all " I " feel Pando Pro is
worth the money.

How To Speed-Up Pando
I'm going to give 3 ways to possibly speed up Pando
Other than emptying of the Pando Cache
Which is over-used as preventive maintenance.

#1. "Change Log Level and Log Size"
1.Start Pando
2. Do NOT have any uploads/downloads in session.
Pause any that are. Pause by right clicking on them
And select pause.
3. With left hand: Click and hold down BOTH keys Ctrl and Alt
At the same timecontinue to hold.
With right hand: Click and hold down BOTH keys Shift and L
At the same timeA Menu box will pop upit takes holding download all 4 keys
at the same time to open this utility box.
4. Nowplace check mark at: Debug
Change Log Size from 36 (default) to 100
ClickOK
Note: Upon rebootsyou may get a notice
That your Pando is set at a higher level. Ignore it.
#2. "Use Default Download Speed Setting"
If you have changed this setting it can effect how long it
Takes to upload files.
Leaving it UNCHECKED will allow Pando to use whatever bandwidth is available
1. Open Pando
2. Go up to OPTIONSclick it.
Scroll down to TRANSFERSselect it
3. Locate the Sending Section and make sure it is UNCHECKED.
If you place a check hereyour uploads will
ALWAYS be at 40KB or LESS! Which is SLOW for broadband.
Note: While you're thereif you use BitTorrentsthis is a good time to
associate your Pando with your Torrent files.
Nowthey can be handled like Pando files.
#3. "Flush Logs"
If you have frequent issues with Pandoneed to send them your Logs
constantly-DO NOT USE THIS METHOD.
This method flushes out all the logs produced from errorsand error messages.
As you knowPando can generate a lot of those. Butthe more there arethe more
stuff Pando must wade through when it's running.
This will make a small difference but if you're in a situation that every
little bit helpsthen this will definitely help speed up your Pando.

I live in Australia and our download speeds are rubbish (well with ADSL anyway, ADSL2 is moderately faster), but I DEFINITELY increased my PANDO downloads speeds when I purchased PANDO Pro.

well i dont see how you can change a setting to make sokmething go faster
than your max upload speed is. my dl speed is 3 mb and upload speed is 1 mb
and either the free or pd run at the same speed ... so for me the only
benefit is the 3 gb upload option,.

I realized I had all the Jaws movies copied and burnt. I went to play them &
realized they skipped & cut out etc. I don't know why. I have luckily been

My friend has one with Verizon and they like it a lot. It's 60 bucks a
month and not sre unlimited, but they haven't gone over or charged extra. I
had it for 2 years and used only when traveling in RV, and it was great.
Mine was unlimited at the time. It really depends on your location, if you
get good cel coverage, you'll get good air time for the internet. Good

How To Speed-Up Pando
I'm going to give 3 ways to possibly speed up Pando
other than emptying of the Pando Cache
which is over-used as preventive maintenance.

#1. "Change Log Level and Log Size"
1.Start Pando
2. Do NOT have any uploads/downloads in session.
Pause any that are. Pause by right clicking on them
and select pause.
3. With left hand: Click and hold down BOTH keys Ctrl and Alt
at the same time, continue to hold.
With right hand: Click and hold down BOTH keys Shift and L
at the same time,
A Menu box will pop up, it takes holding download all 4 keys at the same
time to open this utility box.
4. Now, place check mark at: Debug
Change Log Size from 36 (default) to 100
Click, OK
Note: Upon reboots, you may get a notice
that your Pando is set at a higher level. Ignore it.
#2. "Use Default Download Speed Setting"
If you have changed this setting it can effect how long it
takes to upload files.
Leaving it UNCHECKED will allow Pando to use whatever bandwidth is available
1. Open Pando
2. Go up to OPTIONS, click it.
Scroll down to TRANSFERS, select it
3. Locate the Sending Section and make sure it is UNCHECKED.
If you place a check here, your uploads will
ALWAYS be at 40KB or LESS! Which is SLOW for broadband.
Note: While you're there, if you use BitTorrents, this is a good time to
associate your Pando with your Torrent files.
Now, they can be handled like Pando files.
#3. "Flush Logs"
If you have frequent issues with Pando, need to send them your Logs
constantly-DO NOT USE THIS METHOD.
This method flushes out all the logs produced from errors, and error
messages. As you know, Pando can generate a lot of those. But, the more
there are, the more stuff Pando must wade through when it's running.
This will make a small difference but if you're in a situation that every
little bit helps, then this will definitely help speed up your Pando.
1.Start Pando
