I know this has been sent through before and I didn't save it. someone was telling how to fix a Pando package that was stuck at 99 % by getting rid of the downloading portion....please explain this again.

you need to pause the movie in pando and go to the dl destination and
right click on it and rename it by taking the ".downloading" off the end. then
play the movie to see if it finishes or not. if not then just readd the
ending and hopefully pando will finish it. sometimes a restart of your computer
might help also. GL

JOINING FILES USING HJSPLIT {TUT}

You do not have to install HJSplit. Just extract the 'hjsplit.zip' and double click on HJSplit.exe to start HJSplit. The main window of HJSplit appears. Since we want to join the files, click on 'Join':
Click on 'Input file' in the new window:
In the new window select the first file of the files that we would like to join, so test.mp3.001 in this case, and click on 'Open' after that.
Click on 'Start':
Now HJSplit will join the file. When it is finished you will see this message:
The files have been successfully joined!
