I am using Xp and I am still having the problem. I just did a complete reinstall of my system so I am going to retry after I get everything reloaded into my computer. I did lose the movies I had so I am going to ask if anyone has the real good versions of Legion with the srt that Steve sent through, Tooth Fairy and Old Dogs I would greatly appreciate them being sent back through. My grandkids are wanting to see Tooth Fairy. Thanks everyone for your help and for being the great people that you are.

Yes, I have the same problem beginning the same time. I also on an older version 3.6 got errors on the conversion and failed.
loaded the newer version and it burns with the voice out of sync AND only uses about 1/3 rd of the DVD. I am running Windows 7 on a 64 bit machine.

Yes I have and I even tried to download an older version but no help so I went back to 4. I will try that again because as I just re-read your question I dont think I rebooted before I re-installed. Thanks for your help sexyman and hopefully that will do the trick. Everyone is always so helpful and I appreciate you all.

I am in need of some help. I have been using ConvertXtoDVD for about 2 years now and never had a problem until now. I have been trying for the past couple of days to convert a couple of movies and the problem is that they play perfect as an Avi in Media player but once I convert them with ConvertX the words are not with the mouth. I ruined a few dvds and thought maybe my burner was the problem so I stopped the burn and checked them after the conversion and that seems to be the problem. So does anyone happen to know the problem or have a different program that works as well? I haven't changed any settings that I am aware of unless one of my kids did it. Thanks for any help.
