I had the same issue with pando on win 7. It takes two steps now to open any package. Using Firefox, download and save, then open pando package.

Drag and drop does not work for me.

Hopefully this works for you.

I tried to save them and open them after I downloaded them and I also tried
the drag and drop and neither of them options work.. I do use firefox though
but nope that did not work for me.. I'm not sure what is causing it not to
work yet but what a pain in the ass it is huh... oh well I guess you can't
win them all and windows 7 is good enough I guess if I can't get pando to
work I guess I'm just shit out of luck for now anyway..lol. Thanks for
trying though but none of these options work to make it work yet.. I need to
restart & try it again.. maybe it is because I have not restarted yet but I
have to wait till my program gets done installing but I will let you know if
I do get it and what it took to make it work... Thanks for your help
though... Crazyhorse.
