Hello MyStuff Users,

As of June 1, 2010 Ask.com will be shutting down the MyStuff product, which allows you to bookmark pages and save photographs. While there are many loyal users of this particular site feature, we are making way for an exciting new service for our users designed to best help them get answers to questions. More on that new service in just a minute...
MyStuff will be available until June 1st, but we encourage you to export your bookmarks and download your photos before then if you would like to have them for future use.

Instructions for Exporting Bookmarks

To export your bookmarks, please log in to MyStuff (mystuff.ask.com). At the top of the page where you see the words "Saved Results" there are tabs for All, Web Pages, and Pictures. To the right of this is a link saying "Export Bookmarks." Once you click this, your bookmarks will be available as an HTML file that you can export to a site like Del.i.cio.us (www.delicious.com), Stumble Upon (www.stumbleupon.com), or Twine (www.twine.com).

Instructions for Downloading Photos

To download your photos, please log in to MyStuff (my.ask.com). Next to each photo description (ex: ThisPhoto.jpg) is a small arrow. Click on this downward arrow and select where you would like to save the photo on your computer. You will need to do this for each photo. If you need other storage services for photos, you can try Photobucket (www.photobucket.com) or Flickr (URL: www.flickr.com).

About that new product...

We're in the process of creating a new service to get you the best answers to your questions by building a community of real people, just like you, who can answer your questions based on their personal experience, expertise or passion. Best of all, it will be fast, easy, and free! As a loyal MyStuff user, we would like you to be among the first to be able to try this service.

To be first among your friends to know about this service, click here to sign up.

If you do not want to receive any further email communications about MyStuff, please let us know by checking the option below to not receive further notifications. We will be sending a few final reminders to ensure that all users remember to download their bookmarks and photographs before June 1st.

Yours in Answers,
The Ask.com Team
