You can use MagicDvdRipper. It converts them easily to AVI. Then just upload
the AVI to the web using pando and then send it to yourself and then share
with the group.

All of a sudden I couldn't use my computer because this stupid win7 security
center built in to explorer 8 decided to block everything! I wanted to put
my hand in my computer and pull it out. I had to do a system restore and of
course lost so much! If I can get movies I will be sharing , between my
Mother and animals oh and the husband forgot about him I think I am going
insane. The animals are the ones that keep me from going to the nut
house!!!!!!! !!!!!!

Yield: 4 servings

INGREDIENTS
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 medium onions, thinly sliced
- 3-3/4 cups vegetable stock
- 1 bay leaf
- Salt and pepper
- 2/3 cup white wine
- 6 cups leaf spinach
DIRECTIONS
Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the onions for about
5-8 minutes over low heat, until they have softened.
Pour in the stock and bring to a boil. Add the bay leaf
and the seasonings. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
Pour in the wine and add the spinach. Continue to
cook, but only until the spinach has wilted slightly.
Remove the bay leaf and serve hot.
Nutritional Information Per Serving (1/4 of recipe):
Calories: 141, Carbohydrate: 14 g, Protein: 6 g, Fat: 6 g,

All of a sudden I couldn't use my computer because this stupid win7
security center built in to explorer 8 decided to block everything! I wanted to
put my hand in my computer and pull it out. I had to do a system restore
