The same thing happened to me. I had to go into setting on convertx and change the speed. Not sure why it happened after I had burned several disc but this fixed it.

I'm not positive but if I were you i'd uninstall it and reinstall ... but
before you do that. you are burning at the slowest speed possible, correct?

I WOULD REINSTALL ... make sure after uninstalling that that folder in
your programs file folder is completely gone, then restart and then reinstall
it.

using windows 7. I read the manual and I don't know what else to do. Any
advice would be appreciated. I am so frustrated right now, I told my husband
it was all his fault. KIDDING!
