What Is This Or What Do I do Next ??????????

I Neeed To Know Can I Just Install Windows XP I have The Discs To That
And The Serial But Now The Laptop Has Vista In It.
It Never Would Allow me To Make Discs And The Laptop Was 450.00
Used I HATE IT I Am In A Bad Sitiuation And I Trust Your Advice !

if you have it running in Safe Mode try putting in the XP disk and see if it
will install

Also what is the name of the program that messed up your laptop ?? maybe
there is a Fix for it that I can look up for you

boot up and while its booting , press th F11 key this will bring up the boot option menu. choose to boot up by cd rom and it will start the windows installation, If you have a partition on your system I suggest you delete any partitions and start from fresh. this will remove any thing that is on your hard drive and not just place it in a blank, unusable space.

If you are running VISTA you cannot install XP while the Vista program is running.even in safe mode or in ("DOS") command prompt mode. a PC will not let you "downgrade " to a lower operating system.
In order to install XP you will need to boot your pc and go to boot menu option F11 and choose boot from CD . Then it will install XP over Vista .

Firstly... does the computer boot up at all?
if it does , can it go into safe mode? if it can then do this and find where the problem application is hiding and simply delete it from the program folder . then reboot. WARNING. after rebooting you may get a message that a program is missing , Ignore it and continue booting. Once windows is loaded, run your antivirus and check for issues, I also recommend you instal a malware program like adaware (its free) and have that run on your system to prevent you from making the same mistake in the future. You can't install an older OS over a newer one unless you format 1st. If
the recovery cds aren't for that specific machine I wouldn't recommend using
them.

The attached pando package is a movie called The Dark Side of Oz. It is the movie "Wizard of Oz" with it's sound removed and replaced with the album Dark Side of the Moon.
Early after the release of The Dark Side of the Moon, there was speculation that the music was based on the movie "Wizard of Oz". Someone with initiative took the movie, removed its soundtrack, and syncronized the music to the movie. Surprisingly, it pretty much follows the story and sometimes is a bit eerie. And it remains proof positive that the album was indeed based on the movie. A good watch especially if you like the music!
