helping either needs to be a mind reader or dam good at guessing. What do you

Well, after doing this, " I had to do a total reinstall of windows", I see
nothing left to do. Her data is gone.
Her 1st mistake was this. "When I kept clicking the continue without
protection button"
If you hit "Ctrl-Alt-Delete" and start the task manager and end it she
would've been just fine. It would've closed the "spyware" page and everything
would've went as normal.

I got this in my e-mail and it stopped me from being able to get into
anything. My computer is being cleaned now by the guy at our video store,
so I'm using my old computer.

Same thing happened to my computer yesterday. I took it to the guy at our
local video store and he is fixing it for me for $35.

I tried malwarebytes, it wouldn't even allow it to start up.

A friend had this and Malwarebytes got rid of it. That along with spybot.

yes, a second time, for some reason I didn't have my video control driver
after I did the reinstall, when I finally found one today to download, I
guess it wasn't compatible and mucked up my pc again:(
Doesn't make sense though, since it was the same one installed before!
