maybe, it took more than three weeks to detect serious and very low download speed with pando, so I doubt that has to do with the May 10 date

Highly recommended for anyone using torrents or p2p sharing sites. Known ports that are automatically assigned are triggers for MPAA/RPAA/and their hired guns.
ie: uTorrent, Azureus, BitTorrent, Limewire, etc.
Note: Pando can't be added
First Install the program, It is OK to install any updates!
1. First assign a port between 49500 through 65000 (these are unassigned ports) in your p2p program.
2. Write it down
3. Open Port Forward
4. Select your router (example uses Netgear)
5. Click + (on the bottom) and find your program
Note: If you have never opened your router setup (or set a username/password)
then the defualt is: (99.9% of the time)
Username: admin
Password: 1234
