Open your Java control panel and then temporary Internet files click
setting and then delete files close. Then clean out your Internet explorer

For me..I have the google toolbar so there's an icon in there that has a red circle through it..if you run your mouse over the icons.it tells what they are..if you dont have a toolbar that has it in there..you can click on tools in internet explorer..and go down to popup blocker..and there's an arrow that you can go over and click turn on popup blocker.
