Try the download again, when it says file already exists, in that same
window choose download to new location and download it to your desktop (the
opening screen of your computer is called desktop) so it's easy to find when
it's finished.

but doing that will start from scratch ... if you do the same location
it'll give an error and close then do the same steps again and the 2nd time
it'll resume.

It never resumed for me the 2nd or 3rd or sometimes 4th time I tried, even
after rebooting, so I started downloading to another location, who cares if
it starts again from scratch as long as it gets done? I didn't But then
again this kind of pando thing only happens to me once in a blue moon so it
wasn't exactly an inconvenience for me to start it over

yea I did that and I was so mad cause it happened again the next day lol. It usually only happens to me once in a blue moon too for what ever reason but its frustrating especially when the download is almost done.

I have been using Pando for years and I have always downloaded at night
between 12 midnight and 8 in the morning. I have had as many as 12 movies
totally downloaded the next morning. I live in the Deep South in the U.S.,
so this is pretty much the time that Pando usually is used the least and the
servers are not so bogged down. Now if a person lives in another country
where there is a big time difference and it would be day here when it's
night in their country they should be able to download during their daytime
hours. I'm just guessing that the majority of Pando users live in the states
I may be wrong about this, but the downloads are faster at late night for
me. Pando also works much better when you are not doing anything else on
your computer. If you are downloading e-mail, playing games, surfing the net
etc; all of these will slow Pando down. I have also seen a lot of e-mails
saying they have not been able to use resume with the new version. Again
this has been no problem for me at all, nor do my Pando downloads disappear
if I re-boot my computer and I'm using the newest version of Pando. I'm
having none of the problems that I keep seeing coming through the groups. I
m running Windows 7 32 bit and do use Pando Pro. This does make me wonder if
the people that are having all these problems are free users only. If this
is the case it's possible Pando may have done something to just the free
users, but this is just a guess. Pando over the years have had these
problems when they update the program at times. It usually takes them
anywhere from two weeks to two months to find out what is causing it and fix
it. Hopefully people won't have to wait this long especially if enough are
complaining to Pando about it. My suggestion at this point would be for
everyone that is having problems to go here http://www.pandonetworks
