It's item #2 that tells you to go to where Pando downloads to.

The default location is My Documents/My Pando Packages

That's where you want to go this is what mine looks like (Windows 7)

I don't have anything downloading right now but if I did the file would have
.downloading at the
end and you would remove that by renaming the file.

Made my keepnpeace 4/21/2010
PANDO STUCK AT 99%
Many of us will be receiving a file and it just stops saying "waiting for
sender"
and it's stuck at 99% download. There's a fix for this.
Note: This tutorial was done in Windows 7 ~ some operating systems may vary
a little.
A few necessary adjustments to your file settings must be in place first.
1. Go to your Windows Explorer and click on Tools>Folder Options and make
sure you are Showing Hidden Files and Not Hiding File Extensions
Made my keepnpeace 4/21/2010
***YOU MUST TOTALLY SHUT DOWN PANDO FOR THE NEXT STEPS***
2. Now go to the location where your Pando downloads are saved. (The Pando
default location is My Documents/My Pando Packages)
Find the file that is in question. It will have .downloading at the end.
3. Right click on the file and click on Rename. delete 'downloading' from
the end of the file name. DO NOT DELETE .avi OR .mp3 (if a music file), just
delete the word downloading.
4. You should be left with something like this:
5. You should now be able to use this file

Right click on and file inside pando that is downloading or has been
downloaded and then click info ... it gives you a clickable link to your
download folder. Unless this is your 1st time downloading a file it seems odd that
you don't know where your files are being downloaded to.

if you are following step 3 you'd never get the below list. the list below
is where you'd clean the pando cache if you wanted to.

I know where my files download to, but the files that are stuck do
not have downloading at the end of them. They also have an adobe
reader looking symble in front of them.
When I do a move over, the files are stuck at 700 of 701 and will not
finish. I have tried all of the tutorial sent and can't get one to work.
Any suggestions? thank you

Ok well, you neglected to tell everyone that up until now. Did you do this
step like the tutorial says?

A few necessary adjustments to your file settings must be in place first.

1. Go to your Windows Explorer and click on Tools>Folder Options and
make sure
you are Showing Hidden Files and Not Hiding File Extensions

I use DVDFab to rip the movie from the DVD into an .avi to upload in Pando.

I've attached the Pando package which includes the program and tutorial.

Go here for instructions on how to upload a package to Pando:

This is the .txt file:

Portuguese to English translation

Well guys, after much burning of neurons, I think I found the problem, with
the tip of Julian I tried but could not, I came to install and disistalar
August 1 times. Then I stopped to make a final attempt to run the sniffer.
here's a tip:

Click-to install, early on allowed it to choose the language "English" (tip
from Julian);
- Following the installation carefully in place where it shows the
installation directory to change it to: "C: \ Program Files \ Artisteer 2"
to "C: \ Program Files \ Artisteer 2," there 's the case I thought the
Sniffer is scheduled to meet Artistter directory in English;
-Made subistituiĆ§Ć£o the folder name usually follow the installation;
Finishing the installation, uncheck the box to not open the program;
-Installing the program now click on Artisteer2Sniffer.exe 2x, it will find
the program and crack alone and ready it opens already recorded, there is
only going into settings and change the language to Portuguese.

Try this way and remember language "English" and folder "c: \ Program Files"
OK

I use DVDFab to rip the movie from the DVD into an .avi to upload in Pando.

I've attached the Pando package which includes the program and tutorial.

Go here for instructions on how to upload a package to Pando:

Hi Judy,
Can you answer me a quick question?
Where or how did you get so computer
smart? It doesn't seem that members can
have a problem arise that you can't help
with. You are so sweet and patient with members
no matter how long it takes for us to under-
stand the solution. Where did you get all
your knowledge? I just want to thank you
for always commng to my rescue. God
Bless you,
Linda
