Sorry Gail, I know this subject is closed, but I have to say I agree with
everyone! Except Blue of course. I suffer from Fibro as well, but did not
get into the subject simply because I did't have the time. I saved all the
replies so I can read when I have the time. Last night when I read Blue's
comment, I was so angered I had to step back, get off the PC until this
morning so I could calm down. If I had answered last night, I would have
been ugly and that would not be fair to you Gail or the others. You do a
great job!! Keep it up and don't change a thing!!

Lately I'm getting a lot of pop ups, I'm being redirected to other sites. Like credit reviews, new diets, you won this or that. So far no porn. But it is very annoying.
I do not know which program or what to do. I googled pop ups and immediatly got a WARNING... you got a virus and was redirected to a site where they would sell me a program to remove the virus.
I tried to restore to a previous date but as you all know the Win XP restore is crap; it never works.

Anyway I need some kind of help to try to correct this.

did you run a virus scan and which program if you did? it sounds like you have a trojan in there somewhere that is doing this. go to www.malwarebytes.org and use this first. its free and worked great for me when i had one. you might try spybot too. it may be spyware or adware. be sure to update both before you run them

if it is a dvd that you converted and put on another dvd, you can use convertx to dvd to copy. open convertx to dvd, go to action, go down to burn down to an existing project, then look for the video you want to copy. **either in your disc drive or on your computer. set the speed you want to burn I generally use the slowest speed............and you are good to go.
