Here are several hints to help:
1. If you previously had Pando installed go to Control Panel and remove it.
2. Go to regedit, be very careful here. Remove anything dealing with Pando.
You can do this by using the find function and find next to search
through the registry .
3. Download from Pando site
4. Right click and Run as Admistrator.

no I don't have that one yet, but will keep an eye out......not all Hallmarks as seen on TV make it to a DVD......I have 185 hallmark movies but not that one:-)))))
