im not sure what frash is but no you don't need to do a fresh install
unless you think you have viruses and then i'd recommend it.

the copy i sent is ok to upgrade with or a fresh install. if you ever want
to reformat then that will erase everything on your hard drive. if you are
referring to the system recovery that boughten computers come with then you
still don't need to worry because once you start that process it doesn't
matter whats on the hard drive because it'll restore it to the original file
system that you got with your computer. with this os drivers isn't much of
an issue and there's always the www to get them from.

To do a fresh install. That's why your doing an install because you think

You can NOT do an upgrade from vista to win 7 you have to do a clean install

depending on the size of your hard drive ... you may consider partitioning
your hard drive and then just installing win 7 on the 2nd partition ...
then you'll have 2 os to choose from when the computer starts ... wouldn't
lose any data at all either. just a suggestion

My version is the Ultimate version and here's info in regards to
upgrading.
The key thing to consider here is that you have to do a clean installationâ€"
without the ability to carry your apps alongâ€"if you move from one level of
Vista to another level of Windows 7, say from Vista Home Premium to
Windows 7 Professional. The exception is Windows 7 Ultimate, which will let you
perform an in-place upgrade from any level of Vistaâ€"as long as you don't
change whether you're using the 32- or 64-bit version.

im not sure what frash is but no you don't need to do a fresh install unless

I do use that from time to time but 99% of the time I use Media player
Classic
(also free) comes with K Lite Codec Pack. Play everything but MOV files and
I love it

(C:)ïƒ Usersïƒ (whatever your user name is…(i.e.: here its Wendy&James)ïƒ App

Step 3
Under the LOCAL Folder Look for the Pando Folder, Click and then Click on
Pando Files. This should open the Pando Files Folder on the RIGHT HAND SIDE
of the pane window.
Step 4
Delete all Folders and Files EXCEPT FOR CERT, Pando (text Document), Pando
prev, and Pando (Save File)
Shown below:
Step 5
When all you have left in your Pando Files Folder are these 4 files, Empty

Almost immediately after presenting Alice (Catarina Scorsone) with an ornate family ring, handsome Jack Chase (Philip Winchester) is abducted by a pair of hulking brutes. Approached by a well-dressed man named White Rabbit (Alan Gray) who claims to know Jack's whereabouts, Alice follows the bearded stranger into a mirror and finds herself in a surreal new world of fantasy and wonder. When the Queen of Hearts (Kathy Bates) discovers her son bestowed a virtual stranger the ring that gives its owner power over the looking glass, it's up to Alice to determine what
she should do with it. Harry Dean Stanton, Tim Curry, Matt Frewer, and Colm Meany co-star.
