That's not true. After rejoining the 2 rar files I sent this is what
you'll get.

The iso file above once burned to dvd and inserted into the cd rom and
then computer rebooted will give you an install screen. If you're seeing a
setup file then you didn't use my dl or you aren't doing it correctly.
